I started my own fitness journey just a few years ago at a gym in Taiwan where I was living at the time. What started as beginner's curiosity turned into an immense passion and a major priority in my life. After years of self-teaching, I decided to make a career out of fitness and began strengthening my knowledge base through courses offered by ISSA. You can see a full list in the "My Certifications" section of this website. In 2025, I plan to return to Canada and dedicate my time to helping others on their fitness journeys.
My mission is to help first time gym goers to feel supported and empowered.
I know there may be a lot of apprehension about going to the gym for the first time or returning to the gym after a long hiatus but choosing to go on this journey will not only benefit you physically but it can also benefit your mental health and improve your life in more ways than you expect.
No matter who you are, where you come from, what your goals are, I am willing to get to know you and to put you on a plan that works for you and your schedule to help you on the journey to betterment. The slogan, “Discover your strength” carries more than one meaning, and for many, you will discover your strength in more ways than one.
